GRIPS – Steinfurt Start-up and Innovation Park

The Steinfurt Start-up and Innovation Park (GRIPS) is situated directly on the Steinfurt Technology Campus, the hub of the engineering departments at Münster University of Applied Sciences. GRIPS offers office and laboratory space for start-ups and spin-offs from the university, as well as for technology-oriented companies and collaborative projects wishing to benefit from the proximity to the university.

GRIPS Steinfurt: A space for innovation, networking and growth

GRIPS is a joint project between the Steinfurt Economic Development Agency (WESt), the City of Steinfurt and Münster University of Applied Sciences. The aim is to forge the best possible links between academia and industry and to retain skilled workers trained in cutting-edge technologies within the region.

Office space can be let from 25 square metres upwards. All offices are bright, modern and equipped to the latest standards. The premises are offered on standard market terms. Start-ups are offered special terms.

Office space available

The rent per square metre at GRIPS is currently €8.90 plus service charges. Please note that, in addition to the pure office space, shared areas such as the foyer, meeting rooms, stairwell, toilets and kitchenette are included on a pro rata basis (34.4%).

Example: For a net office area of 18.05 square metres, 6.2 square metres of communal space is included in the calculation. This results in a basic rent of €215.91 and an advance payment for service charges of €80.07.

GRIPS has two meeting rooms available for use by tenants and external visitors.

Meeting room 1 can accommodate around 8 people, whilst meeting room 2 can accommodate around 12 people. Thanks to the movable partition, these rooms can also be used together. The meeting rooms can be booked for either 4 or 8 hours.

This is a self-service facility. The adjoining kitchenette may be used when a meeting room is booked.
