GRIPS - Steinfurt Start-up and Innovation Park

The Steinfurt Start-up and Innovation Park (GRIPS) is located directly on the Steinfurt Technology Campus, the center of the engineering departments at Münster University of Applied Sciences. GRIPS offers office and laboratory space for start-ups and spin-offs from the university, for technology-oriented companies, and for cooperation projects that want to take advantage of the proximity to the university.

GRIPS Steinfurt: Space for innovation, networking, and your growth

GRIPS is a joint project between the Steinfurt Economic Development Agency (WESt), the city of Steinfurt, and Münster University of Applied Sciences. Its aim is to optimally combine science and industry and to retain skilled workers trained in cutting-edge technologies in the region.

Office space can be rented from a size of 25 square meters. All offices are bright, modern, and equipped to the latest standards. The premises are offered at standard market rental conditions. Start-ups receive special conditions.

Included:

Free parking spaces, including four charging points for electric cars
Use of the fully equipped meeting room at GRIPS
Shared kitchenettes
Cleaning service
Bicycle parking spaces with charging facilities

The rent per square meter at GRIPS is currently €8.90. In addition, there is a flat-rate service charge, which is currently €3.30 per square meter. Please note that, in addition to the office space itself, shared areas such as the foyer, meeting rooms, stairwell, restrooms, and kitchenette are included on a pro rata basis (34.4%).

Example: For a pure office space of 18.05 square meters, 6.2 square meters of shared space is included. This results in a base rent of €215.91 and an advance payment for additional costs of €80.07.

GRIPS has two meeting rooms available for use by tenants and external visitors.

Meeting room 1 can accommodate approx. 8 people, meeting room 2 approx. 12 people. These rooms can also be used together thanks to the mobile partition wall. The meeting rooms can be rented for 4 or 8 hours.

Self-service applies. The adjacent kitchenette can also be used when renting a meeting room.
